The mission of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority is to, “Cultivate and encourage high scholastic and ethical standards, to promote unity and friendship among college women, to study and help alleviate problems concerning girls and women to improve their social stature, to maintain a progressive interest in college life, and to be of “Service to All Mankind”.

This is accomplished by securing charitable contributions and donations to award scholarships, fellowships to High School students and to provide impactful community programs.  Supporting Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Xi Chi Omega Chapter makes a tangible and permanent difference in the lives of the individuals in the community we serve.
