Xi Chi Omega is excited to announce that we will be supporting students for two (2) years. This letter is to announce the 2023/2024 scholarships funded by Xi Chi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® for graduating African American high school females. The following awards are available to young women who are involved in school and community activities, demonstrate consistent and strong leadership skills and who meet the following GPA criteria.

Please Note: Awards disbursements are contingent upon meeting the required criteria before the deadline each year.

Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, is the first black sorority in the United States. It was founded in 1908 at Howard University in Washington, D.C. by African American women promoting the principles of scholarship, character, and service to all mankind. Today, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority is an international organization of more than 850 graduate and undergraduate chapters with a long and honorable tradition of service which has been recognized by the White House. Serving the northern Westchester and Putnam County area, Xi Chi Omega Chapter continues this tradition.
